Items bought at a retail store location
Items purchased at a retail store location selling Old World Spices & Seasonings Wholesale products should be returned to that store and are subject to the respective store's return policies.
HOW to return an item?
Simply ship any returns with a copy of your packing slip which was provided to you in your original order.
Packing materials?
Items do not need to be in original packaging for a return but items do need to be in original "Like New Condition, unopened and unused'.
SHIPPING for returns?
Original shipping rates are non-refundable unless the item is defective or if the wrong item was shipped.
Customer is also responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or if the wrong item was shipped.
CREDIT for returns?
Once a return has been received and it follows the above guidelines for returns. Old World Spices & Seasonings will process a return in the same form of payment received (whether credit/debit card or check), minus any shipping cost that Old World Spices & Seasonings paid, if any.
